How long does it take to get a quote?

2 working hours, clock-in, clock-out. You send us your list—even if it's incomplete or full of spelling mistakes—we'll go over it and send you a complete and clear quote.

What condition is the equipment in?

Checked item by item before every departure: batteries charged, firmware up to date, all accessories included. If there’s a problem on set, we stop and fix it.

I'm not a technician—will I be able to handle this?

Yes. Describe your project in your own words—"I want this Thursday to be beautiful" works perfectly for us—and we'll translate that into practical, jargon-free guidance without trying to upsell you on anything.

How do you set your prices?
